Diana - Coordination & Planning
As the Day-of Coordinator at Greystone Farm, Diana's role is to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. From the early morning arrival of bridal parties, stylists, makeup artists, photographers to the final moments of the celebration, I am there to guide the flow of the day. She oversee's ceremony seating, assisting vendors—including caterers, bakers, florists, and DJs—with their setup, and coordinate key moments like the processional and newlywed introductions. With a carefully planned itinerary in hand, her promise is to keep the event running smoothly, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the wedding of your dreams.
Chelsea - Managing & Bartending
She is allways happy to help couples choose the perfect selection of wine and spirits for their couples on their big day! With nearly 20 years of bartending experience, she will work closely with wedding parties to create specialty cocktails that match their style and taste! "Bartending is more than just a job for me—I love what I do and feel honored to be part of such a special celebration!"

Our Story.
In 2013, while operating as a horse boarding and training facility, Greystone Farm became the backdrop for my daughter’s dream wedding. The event required careful planning, but with the encouragement of friends and family, the success of that special day inspired the transformation of our barn into a wedding venue. As the horse business gradually downsized, the venue took shape—yet our horses remain on-site, happily “people-watching” from their pastures.
Our first commercial wedding was hosted in September 2014. From the start, my goal was to preserve the barn’s rustic charm while allowing couples to bring their unique vision to life. The venue retains many of its original features, creating a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere, while also offering the flexibility to be styled according to each couple’s dream theme. Along with overseeing the booking process, we are dedicated to helping couples turn their wedding vision into reality. Decor rentals and styling services are available, but couples are always welcome to bring their own DIY touches.

I cant begin to explain how Ms Diana and the whole team at Greystone helped me with my DIY wedding. Firstly, we live in Virginia currently, but are originally from The Valley. Living 4 hours away, I didn't think that this experience could be as smooth as it was. The venue is in a beautiful location that is so versatile for every taste. Every step and decision was made so easily with everyone's help that it made us feel like the wedding was flawless, even with a few technical difficulties. Even in the 100° heat, my guests complimented the location said that they felt as if they were home, and had a blast. That right there was more than I could ever ask for at my wedding.
